Basic Rights Oregon’s flagship training, Transgender Inclusion in the Workplace will start attendees on their journey to being affirming coworkers to transgender people. This program is equipped to highlight inclusion practices based on the needs of our client, such as for transgender co-workers, students, clients, and more.
