Ayukîi, Two Spirit people are highly valued as medicine keepers and seers of our tribes. We hold/held many revered religious roles as healers, shamans, visionaries, and chiefs. I am a member of the Karuk Tribe of Northern California and identify as Two Spirit. I am an ally to the plant, tree, bird, and stone people. I listen, and they teach me.
