Join us for our quarterly networking luncheon as we unpack key takeaways from the 2025 Oregon legislative session and explore what lies ahead for Native entrepreneurs and community-based business ecosystems.
As part of our Preparing Entrepreneurs for a 21st Century Economy series, this gathering will offer an honest analysis of recent state, federal, and city-level policy decisions — what’s advancing, what’s stalled, and what it means for our shared work and your businesses.
While the restoration of the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) was a major victory at the state level, the loss of funding for the Economic Equity Investment Program (EEIP) highlights the continued need for strong, coordinated advocacy. We believe in an economy that grows from the inside out, one where opportunity starts from within our communities. If we want a resilient economy that works for the people who live here, we must invest in the communities and businesses already shaping Oregon’s future.
This luncheon is a space to reflect, reconnect, and recommit to building that future together.
This event is free for NWNC members and Native Businesses.Â
