About the Presenter – Renaldo Valentine

Renaldo Valentine, M.Sc., brings over 13 years of federal contracting experience across cybersecurity, logistics, and marketing. As Managing Partner of Valentine NLL LLC, an Alaska Native and Veteran-Owned business, he has managed multiple procurements simultaneously, ranging from $150K to over $1 billion, including his work as a Senior Contracts Specialist for Design and Construction at Sound Transit.

Renaldo has developed more than 200 IT tools to support small business competitiveness, including a dynamic RFP Proposal Tool that evaluates bid-readiness and provides actionable insights for stronger proposals. He also created the Bid/No Bid Tool, designed to help small and micro businesses assess whether pursuing a particular opportunity is worth the time investment.

He additionally leads Quantum Business Labs, connecting university students with small businesses for applied learning in marketing, logistics, and innovation. Native-owned businesses can access this program at a discounted rate.
