About the Child Care Infrastructure Fund

Need help with your CCIF Application?

The Child Care Infrastructure Fund (CCIF) is a competitive statewide grant program designed to establish, expand, and improve child care facilities across Oregon. Administered by Business Oregon, the state’s economic development agency, CCIF was created through HB 3005 (2023), which allocated $50 million to increase early learning and care capacity statewide. The initiative prioritizes culturally specific early learning programs, ensuring diverse communities receive the support they need.
Round 3 Funding:
This fall, Business Oregon is awarding a total of $20 million to selected CCIF applicants. If you weren’t selected in Rounds 1 or 2, but would like to reuse your past application, reach out to Business Oregon at CCIF.programs@biz.Oregon.gov.
